Mello Foods was founded in 1960 and has been a family run company since 1981. Since its founding, Mello Foods has always used the best quality ingredients in order to produce an array of fine smoked meats and delicatessen products for our clients and consumers from all over the world.

Through cooperation, Mello Foods’ customer service team can help you customize or adapt to your clients’ particular food service needs. We can tailor any of our products to meet your requirements. Additionally, if we don’t currently have a product that you need, we can make it for you.

Facility: 

All of our products are made from our state-of-the-art HACCP certified facility in Montreal, Canada, ensuring quality control and consistency throughout the process. The facility is also certified by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).

Food Safety and Quality: 

All of our products go through rigorous testing and quality screening in order to ensure that only the finest quality products are sent to our partners and customers.
